There is a similar float inside the oil pressure sensor. There is a metal sheet on the float and a metal sheet inside the sensor housing. When the pressure is normal, the two metal sheets are separated. Only when the pressure is insufficient, the two metal sheets are combined and the alarm light is on. Therefore, the oil pressure sensor itself has no function of sensing temperature.
When there is no oil pressure, the switch turns on the abnormal closing switch under the action of the spring, and the indicator light of low oil pressure in the instrument is on. When the oil pump establishes oil pressure, the spring is compressed under the action of oil pressure, the normally closed contact is opened, and the low pressure light is off.
If the oil pressure continues to increase and the spring is compressed, the high oil pressure contact is connected and the high oil pressure lamp is on. At this time, the main oil circuit is blocked
